December is here, and with Christmas preparations and celebrations happening, I send you blessings of happiness in your own life. It is not always an easy time of year for some and our practice over the month is a reminder to practice compassion towards our own inner glow and to those around us. Round out your year with a sense of self-care and know that it's okay to slow down and enjoy a sense of calm to end your 2018 whilst planting seeds for 2019.
Join us for a Christmas Party Session on Monday 17th December

The last yoga class of the year will be Friday 21st December, 10-11am at Padgate Methodist Church, Padgate Lane, Warrington, WA1 3DU. A lovely Slow Flow in line with the full cold moon charge happening on the 22nd December, an invitation to you for a time of nurturing, to take care of your body and spirit. Why not enjoy our last class and contemplate the universal mantra of "Om Mani Padme Hum", the embodiment of compassion, often translated as "The Jewel is in the Lotus". This energy allows us to become better able to expand our love and kindness toward ourselves and others. It seems a fitting way to end the year and manifest into the next.
There will be no further Yoga Classes until the New Year. Classes will resume on Monday 7th January 2019 with Breathe Flow Glow at 7pm at Fearnhead Community Centre, Insall Rd, Warrington
